  • 3 cups dark leafy greens
  • 2 tablespoons chopped broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free red wine vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • 3 cups dark leafy greens tossed with 2 tablespoons each: broccoli and cauliflower florets, shredded carrot, chopped mushrooms, cucumber and celery drizzled with a gluten free red wine vinaigrette
