Cinnamon Plantain Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large plantains peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until evenly mixed.
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Cool for 30 minutes before enjoying.
