Blueberry Coconut Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries thawed
  • 1 cup raw almond butter
  • 4 large dates pitted
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Press blueberry mixture into a baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
