Cherry Date Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1 cup dried unsweetened cherries
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raw almond butter
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  • Press date mixture into a square dish and cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into bars. Serve cold or at room temperature.
