Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened pure apricot preserves
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
