Shrimp and Celery Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shrimp deveined, shelled, and cooked
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 4 large stalks celery chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
