In a large skillet over MEDIUM heat, cook olive oil and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together (cheese through salt.)
Top chicken in skillet with bowl mixture. Place skillet in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until topping is lightly brown. Remove from heat and serve warm.
