Cajun Spiced Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 small red onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add first 8 ingredients (chicken through thyme) and marinated in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and sauté chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until cooked through.
