Instructions
DO-AHEAD TIP: Prepare chicken.
In a bowl, toss together first 7 ingredients (chicken through vinegar); fill lettuce leaves with mixture and top with alfalfa sprouts and 1/4 tablespoon chopped pecans, if desired.
