Place chicken in a roasting pan, breast side up. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and lemon juice; baste chicken with this mixture then pour any remaining into the bottom of the roasting pan and/or inside the chicken.
In a small bowl, combine tea and seasonings (salt through onion powder). Evenly sprinkle mixture over the surface of the chicken; roast for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through.
