Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium stalks celery sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1/2 head cabbage thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic pressed
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs sliced

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a large slow cooker and stir to combine well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve over chopped baby bok choy. Add stir-fried zucchini, yellow squash and snow peas on the side.
