sliced green olives

sea salt

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

dried thyme

teaspoon
dried oregano

cup
balsamic vinegar

tablespoon
ghee
melted, or use coconut oil
Instructions
Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Blend well then pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Serve and enjoy!

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Faux-Tay-Toes (see Day 4 directions) and a salad of mixed baby greens, sliced red onion, English cucumber and avocado, tossed with Leanne’s Basic Vinaigrette.
