Instructions
Preheat grill to MEDIUM-HIGH.
In a large bowl, place all ingredients for meatballs; using your very clean hands, combine thoroughly then form into 1- to 2-inch meatballs. Grill meatballs for 4 to 5 minutes per side (rotating all sides) or until cooked through.
Prepare sauce: Melt the ghee or coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add mustard, wine, garlic and honey, whisking individually as you add each item. Reduce heat to low then add remaining ingredients, again whisking individually as you add them. Simmer sauce for 5 to 10 minutes then serve over meatballs.
