arugula

sprouts
or microgreens

radishes
sliced

bean sprouts

avocado
pitted and sliced

jalapeno pepper
seeded and minced

pine nuts
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Spread a generous amount of hummus on each tortilla, then evenly distribute remaining ingredients (cucumber through pine nuts). Season lightly with salt and pepper, then tuck and roll and serve.
