Preheat oven to whatever pizza dough instructions recommend.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for pizza except dough. Toss to mix, and only season with salt and pepper after tasting (that harissa can pack a punch, so you want to be careful not to over season). Once flavor is to your liking, roll out 4 personal sized pizzas.
Add chickpea mixture to the top of all pizzas and follow dough instructions for baking.
While pizza is in the oven, quickly assemble yogurt sauce. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust salt and pepper as needed.
When pizza is done, remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes. Then cut each pie, drizzle with the yogurt sauce, and serve.
