COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat the oil in a large skillet with a tight-fitting lid over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and garlic and sauté until bell pepper is tender-crisp; remove from skillet and set aside.
Add pork chops to the skillet and thoroughly brown on both sides; drain fat. Return bell pepper and garlic to the skillet; add pasta sauce and seasonings.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
