Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Trim fat from pork. In a small bowl or cup, combine next 4 ingredients (brown sugar through ground red pepper); rub the mixture into the tenderloin.
Place pork on a broiler pan rack coated with a little olive oil; bake for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl or cup, combine hoisin sauce, orange juice, and sesame oil; brush over tenderloin then bake for 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees (slightly pink).
Slice pork and serve.
