Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients, stir to combine and then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
