Ingredients
  

  • London broil leftover from Marinated Garlic Rosemary London Broil
  • 2 large avocados peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped olives
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 cups mixed leafy greens
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup chopped purple cabbage

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, toss together all the ingredients and serve right away.
