1 1/2poundsbeef sirloin tip roasttrimmed and cut into strips
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepperto taste
1cupdiced onion
1cupsliced celery
1cuplow sodium tomato juice
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1/8teaspoongarlic powder
1/2cupsliced green bell pepper
1package frozen okra10-oz.
1/2cupsliced mushrooms
Instructions
Place beef strips in a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper then top with onion, celery, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Adjust heat setting to HIGH then add bell pepper, okra and mushrooms.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 to 40 minutes or until okra is done.
