  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 whole wheat pita

  • Waldorf Chicken Pita: 2/3 cup grilled chicken breast, cubed, miX1ed with 1/3 cup diced apple, 2 tablespoons sliced celery, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise with 2 Romaine lettuce leaves in 1/2 whole wheat pita.
