Raspberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 large avocado peeled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled or at room temperature.
