Chicken Avocado Sandwhich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 avocadoe sliced
  • 1/2 tomatoe Sliced
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1 layer sprouts
  • 6 oz Cooked Chicken
  • 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper increase if desired
  • 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 slices Butter Pickle optional
  • 2 oz hummus optional

Instructions
 

  • Warm the bread in a toaster
  • Spread Mayonnaise on the bread
  • Add the remaining ingredients
  • Note: to make this vegetarian, increase the hummus and delete the chicken
