Marinated Ginger Steaks with Cauli Rice

  1. Place steaks in a large resealable bag.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the next 5 ingredients (coconut oil through salt and pepper). Pour marinade over steaks and seal bag. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Heat grill pan, or skillet, to medium heat. Place steaks on the grill pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until steaks are cooked through.
  4. Allow steaks to cool, and then slice.
  5. In a medium bowl, toss the steak with the cauliflower and carrot.
  6. In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients with salt and pepper until smooth.
  7. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
