  1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, celery and pepper; cookuntil soft.
  2. Stir in broth, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boilthen reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
  3. Stir in lime-juice, chicken and coconut milk; cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat andserve with the cilantro sprinkled over the top.
